Female Athletes Summer Workouts

Goals:

  • To offer female athletes in grades 7-12 the chance to workout in the summer.
  • To improve  strength, speed, and flexibility in our female athletes.

Dates:

June 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, 29

July 13, 18, 20, 25, 27

August 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17

Time: 9:00am -10:30am

Who: Females Grades 7th – 12th

Where:  Western High School Weight Room/Mat Room
Each day will provide something different.  We will focus on speed and agility, jumping, flexibility, nutrition, leg strength, arm strength, and core strength.   We hope to see you there!
