Girls Golf Finishes 7th at Arbor Hills

The Girls Golf Team finished 7th at Tuesday’sLeague Jamboree held at Arbor Hills Golf Course.  Maris VanGieson led the Lady Panthers with her season best round of 50. Seniors Alyssa Wray and McKenna Jones followed closely with a 52 and 53. Sophomore Ayaka Matzen finished the scoring with a 57.

The freshman volleyball team added two more wins to their record today, beating Tecumseh and Jackson High in their second home tri-meet. Western Boy’s Varsity Tennis Fairs Well in Tough Tournament

The Girls Golf Team represented Western at the Marshall Invitational last Friday at Marshall Country Club.  Maris VanGieson led the Lady Panthers with a 105.  McKenna Jones and Sydnie Redovich posted 110’s and Alyssa Wray added a 113 for a team total of 438.
